Distribution Construction International, or D.C.I., was started in
1999 by the principals in order to offer to potential clients two qualities
often missing with consultants:
- Consultants with actual experience managing distribution companies
in the private sector.
- Practical solutions to problems which, based upon our experience,
are both implementable and effective.
Our professionals "walk the walk and talk the talk" with the clients
so that the solutions arrived at are in partnership with the people
who will be expected to implement the changes. This user buy-in at all
levels is critical to successful projects. No text book answers, just
real world solutions.
